Our packing is optimized for protection, space efficiency, and smooth customs clearance — whether you’re importing in pallets, containers, or LCL shipments. Every order is labeled clearly with accurate weights, product IDs, and international shipping standards.

Packing Methods

Based on product type and client requirement, we offer multiple packing styles:

– Polybag Packing: Transparent or printed polybags, individually or bundled, ideal for towels, sheets, and garments.
– Bale Packing: Compressed fabric bales using hydraulic pressing and PP straps — perfect for large-volume orders.
– Carton Packing: 5-ply corrugated cartons (standard or branded) for duvets, pillows, and stitched items.
– Vacuum Packing: Space-saving compression for pillows, quilts, and comforters — reduces volume and cost.
– Palletizing: Optional Euro-pallet or export-standard pallet wrapping for containerized loads.

Export Labeling Standards

Each package is labeled with all essential export information, including:

– Product Name / Item Code
– Quantity per Pack / Weight
– Fabric Composition
– Size / Color
– Made in Pakistan
– Buyer’s Logo or Barcode (if required)
– Shipping Markings & Handling Instructions

Custom Labeling

We also offer custom labels or stickers as per buyer request — including QR codes, SKU tags, or destination-specific symbols. This is especially useful for large retailers or distributors who require internal tracking or warehouse-ready packaging.

Compliance & Documentation

Our packing complies with international shipping and customs guidelines. We include commercial invoices, packing lists, COOs, and any special documentation required by your destination country. All cartons and bales are marked with net/gross weight, dimensions, and serial numbers for easy traceability.
