Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pakistan Fibres offers flexible and transparent shipping options to serve clients around the world. Whether you require delivery to your port, warehouse, or doorstep, we are committed to finding the most efficient and cost-effective solution for your business.

1. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping modes based on your preference and project size:

  • EXW (Ex-Works): Buyer arranges pickup from our warehouse/factory.
  • FOB (Free On Board): We deliver goods to the loading port, and shipping responsibility transfers there.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): We handle freight and basic insurance up to your destination port.
  • DAP/Door-to-Door: We can arrange full delivery up to your warehouse in most countries via land, sea, or multimodal transport.

2. Container Options: FCL vs LCL

Depending on your order size and destination, we may suggest either:

  • FCL (Full Container Load): Recommended for high-volume orders. More cost-effective per unit and lower risk of damage.
  • LCL (Less-than-Container Load): Ideal for smaller quantities. We will help calculate whether consolidating or upgrading to FCL is more economical in your case.

3. Freight Quotes & Destinations

We provide shipping quotations for:

  • Factory Gate Pickup
  • FOB price (to your loading port)
  • CIF price (to your destination port)
  • Post-clearance delivery (to your warehouse, if needed)

Our network supports deliveries across the GCC, EU, North America, Africa, and Asia.

4. Lead Time & Dispatch

  • Standard dispatch time is 2–6 weeks depending on your order type and customization.
  • Shipping time varies by destination and mode (sea/air/land).
  • We provide estimated dispatch dates at the time of order confirmation, and tracking details once shipped.

5. Customs, Duties & Clearance

Buyers are responsible for their country’s import regulations, customs clearance, and duties/taxes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our team can assist by providing commercial invoices, packing lists, and required certificates (such as Country of Origin).

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, Pakistan Fibres is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping lines, port congestion, customs holds, natural disasters, or political unrest. We remain committed to transparent communication and support in such cases.

7. Damaged Goods in Transit

If goods arrive visibly damaged due to shipping mishandling, the buyer must notify the carrier immediately and file a claim with photo evidence. We assist wherever possible, but liability for transit damage lies with the shipping company or insurance provider.

8. Tracking & Communication

Once goods are shipped, tracking numbers and freight forwarder details are shared promptly. Our team remains available to update you on shipping status and provide any logistics documents required.
