Container Loading & Planning
Efficient container loading is a critical part of international textile supply — and we approach it with the same precision we apply to production. Whether it’s a full container of towels, compressed fabric bales, or mixed bedding items, we plan every shipment to maximize space, reduce costs, and ensure your goods arrive safe and organized.
Full Container Loads (FCL)
We regularly load 20-foot and 40-foot containers for export to the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and North America. Our loading team is trained to optimize container capacity while preserving product integrity. We coordinate with your freight forwarder to ensure proper container booking, sealing, and documentation.
Planning for Volume & Weight
Textile products vary in density — so careful planning ensures we make the most of each container:
– Towels: High weight-to-volume ratio
– Comforters & Pillows: High volume, low weight (often vacuum packed)
– Fabric Rolls or Bales: Can be stacked tightly, compressed with straps
– Mixed Orders: Organized row-wise or pallet-wise for easy unloading
CBM Estimation & Packing Lists
We calculate approximate CBM (Cubic Meter) values during invoicing to assist buyers in freight planning. On request, we provide detailed packing lists including:
– Number of cartons or bales
– Dimensions of each unit
– Net & Gross Weight
– Total CBM per container
– HS Codes & Batch Numbers
Sealing & Photographic Records
For full container shipments, we seal under supervision and can provide photographic evidence of container loading upon request. This is often used by buyers for insurance or internal tracking. Containers are loaded securely, with moisture protection where needed.
Coordination with Forwarders
While we are not a freight company, we work closely with buyer-nominated forwarders or can suggest trusted logistics agents if needed. From factory pickup to port delivery, we ensure smooth coordination — reducing delays and miscommunication.LCL & FCL Shipping
