Low Melt Fiber (LMF)
Pakistan Fibres offers high-quality Low Melt Polyester Fiber (LMF) through a trusted partnership with a certified Chinese manufacturing group. This fiber is specially engineered for thermal bonding applications — widely used in quilts, pillows, mattress layers, and nonwoven industrial products.
What is LMF?
Low Melt Fiber is a bi-component polyester fiber with a lower melting point sheath that bonds surrounding fibers when heat is applied. This removes the need for chemical adhesives and creates soft, durable, and washable bonded materials.
Source & Supply
As this specialized fiber is not produced in Pakistan, we collaborate with our long-term Chinese partner factory to supply it directly. We coordinate procurement, quality checks, and export clearance, ensuring buyers receive clean, consistent bales at competitive pricing.Lining fabric
